Flow
This class is an active Vinyasa flow. It’s suitable for multi-levels as several options will be given to make it more accessible for beginners while still allowing those who’ve practiced longer to challenge themselves. This style builds strength and stamina and will feel like a bit of a workout. It’s not well suited for wrist or shoulder injuries and may not be the best start for beginners who are also elderly or who have many movement restrictions. Otherwise, it’s fine to jump in and learn, we always start with Option 1.
-
Embodied Flow
This is an active yet soulful style of practice suitable for most. It combines traditional and non traditional movements. Clear, in depth details of the movements will be provided not to get the pose “right” but to create a deeper awareness of the spaces that may need the most attention. It’s both sweet and spicy. It will include some Vinyasas and weight bearing so may not be suitable for wrist injuries. Healthy beginners you’ll be fine, give it a go.

Gentle Morning Yoga and Susnset Stretch
This class is suitable for all levels. Just a pleasant and mindful good morning stretch. Instructions and movements will be simple and easy to follow without a lot of details. This class involves light and easy flowing movements as well as static stretches. It is designed to encourage more mind-body awareness, improve flexibility and relax the central nervous system. It’s a really zen way to start the day.

Anatomy in Action
In this class every week, we take a deep dive into learning all about one specific area of the body: Hips ,Shoulders, Pelvis or Spine We will explore the actions of a joint, the muscles around it, how it feels in motion, learn tips for better understanding that area within the practice of yoga, movement or general life. Discuss potential problematic issues with this joint and how to better care for it in movement and life. There will be some movement so that you can fully experience the information. The class is taught by our Farra who is not a doctor, nor a physical therapist. She is a just a passionate body nerd on a mission to get people to understand The Human Body more so they can take care or Their Human Body better.

Yin Yoga
This class is suitable for all. Its primary focus is to relax the mind, body and central nervous system. It is quiet, soft and very simple. Each pose lasts around five minutes and pillows are used to support the body and encourage relaxation. Instructions will be around mindfulness, deep breathing and practicing our ability to stay aware and focused in the moment. It’s a lovely introduction to meditation.
Smart Strength
This class uses body weight and resistance band exercises to build more strength and stability. It is a great introduction to resistance training. It can easily be adapted to suit various injuries or limitations making it a very accessible way to train strength for all ages. We will target the most strategic and often ignored muscles in the body to help protect the joints and help us age more gracefully. We learn about proper form and biomechanics. Meaning, we not only learn how to do a movement but why our bodies need that movement. This class is active and will be challenging for most but it is not high impact, nor high intensity. Various tools, weights, bands, will be used so it’s accessible for all and you can set the challenge as you need.
Small Group Training Sessions
Our training sessions are limited to 1-4 people per class. Each class is 500B/person. These sessions are not included in yoga packs or monthly passes. The sessions are held in our private gym. The check in desk is open 10 mins before class begins. Reservations should be made in advance via email or directly with the instructor.
