Flow
This class is an active Vinyasa flow. It’s suitable for multi-levels as several options will be given to make it more accessible for beginners while still allowing those who’ve practiced longer to challenge themselves. This style builds strength and stamina and will feel like a bit of a workout. It’s not well suited for wrist or shoulder injuries and may not be the best start for beginners who are also elderly or who have many movement restrictions. Otherwise, it’s fine to jump in and learn, we always start with Option 1.

Gentle Morning Yoga and Susnset Stretch
This class is suitable for all levels. Just a pleasant and mindful good morning stretch. Instructions and movements will be simple and easy to follow without a lot of details. This class involves light and easy flowing movements as well as static stretches. It is designed to encourage more mind-body awareness, improve flexibility and relax the central nervous system. It’s a really zen way to start the day.

Yin Yoga
This class is suitable for all. Its primary focus is to relax the mind, body and central nervous system. It is quiet, soft and very simple. Each pose lasts around five minutes and pillows are used to support the body and encourage relaxation. Instructions will be around mindfulness, deep breathing and practicing our ability to stay aware and focused in the moment. It’s a lovely introduction to meditation.
Playful Flow
This class is suitable for multi-levels and will likely be enjoyed by those who love movement. It’s an energetic vinyasa style practice that builds to an exploration of a “playful pose”, typically an arm balance or inversion. Instructions will include options for various levels and helpful tips to play with challenging poses. It doesn’t matter if you achieve the playful pose, it only matters that you enjoyed playful, mindful movement!
Banded Resistance Training
This class is a very inclusive and accessible strength training class. Ideal for people who want to learn how to stay strong traveling with minimal equipment. It is designed to be accessible for wrist, shoulder and knee injures that may limit access to weight bearing poses typical of Flow Yoga. The tools we use are light weight, easy to carry, and allow for a wide range of strength levels. Each class focuses on directly on full body strength and stability.
This class has limit of 14 people. You are never required to sign up in advance, you can also drop in at Oasis. If you really want to ensure your space, you are welcome to sign up in advance. Sign ups can only be done in person at the studio.Small Group Training Sessions
Our training sessions are limited to 1-4 people per class. Each class is 500B/person. These sessions are not included in yoga packs or monthly passes. The sessions are held in our private gym.
